H2APath publishes an educational library while applying these gates to revisions, new pages, tools, state entries, assessments, and paid products.
Exact actor and scope
Every rule must identify the employer, association, agent, H-2A labor contractor, farm labor contractor, recruiter, housing or transportation provider, jurisdiction, authority, and effective or verification date.
Claim-level primary evidence
Immigration, labor, wage, recruitment, housing, transportation, employment, insurance, tax, fee, deadline, and form claims require current primary sources beside the supported claim.
Qualified review
Named reviewers with relevant immigration, labor/employment, wage-hour, housing/safety, insurance, and tax credentials must substantively review the claims within their scopes.
Tools and state pages
Each output and jurisdiction entry needs sourced assumptions, valid bounds, test cases, a verification date, and clear limitations. Generic national estimates cannot determine a lawful wage, deadline, or cost.

A product may be sold only after deliverables, fulfillment, support, privacy, cancellation, refund, email, trial, renewal, and Stripe behavior are verified end to end.
